In this article, we delve into common reporting queries and where to locate them in GA4.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) reporting has received some criticism and feedback from users since its release. Here is the list of main differences between GA4 and Universal Analytics (GA3):

1. **Interface Redesign**: GA4 offers a more streamlined interface compared to GA3.
2. **Navigation**: GA4's navigation is organized into sections like "Realtime", "Audience", "Acquisition", "Behavior", and "Conversions".
3. **Visualization**: GA4 introduces updated chart types and interactive visualization options.
4. **Audience Insights**: GA4 adds metrics like Engagement Rate and Active Users for deeper audience understanding.
5. **Acquisition Analysis**: GA4 provides enhanced attribution modelling and campaign performance insights.

The **Engagement → Pages and Screens** report in GA4 is the go-to for understanding page views. However, filtering data for specific page types, like product or news pages, may be unclear. That`s where the **Report filter** comes in handy.

To filter data, follow these steps:

1. Click on the ‘Customize report' pencil icon.
2. In the sidebar, navigate to the Report filter block and click ‘Add filter’.
3. Select the dimension for filtering, such as 'Page path and screen', and set the filter criteria (e.g., contains 'blog' or 'products').

And that's it! Press Apply and the bottom of the sidebar, and you get your filtered page data report.

In the **Engagement → Pages and Screens** report, the Users column provides unique user counts, while the **Views** column offers total page views. Utilize the Search field to find data for specific pages.

Customize the report by switching from the default view to **'Session source/medium'** for clearer insights. Utilize UTM tags to customize the source and medium parameters further

There you can see traffic sources much clearer. You can also customise your ```source``` and ```medium``` parameters by using UTM tags. It`ll allow you to get even more traffic information and shape its form to your demand.

Here are some of the implemented features:

Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP) is a global service by Google Cloud. IAP establishes a central authorization layer for applications accessed by HTTPS, allowing an application-level access control model instead of relying on network-level firewalls.

When IAP protects an application or resource, it can only be accessed through the proxy by principals, also known as users, with the correct Identity and Access Management (IAM) role. Granting a user access to an application or resource by IAP subjects them to fine-grained access controls implemented by the product in use without requiring a VPN. When attempting to access an IAP-secured resource, IAP performs authentication and authorization checks.

Incorporating the API Docs Backstage plugin allows the discovery and display of API entities defined in machine-readable formats, **providing human-readable documentation**. Using the OpenAPI format, ZEN Software accumulated its documentation in the Backstage Developer Portal.

Upon uploading, the system verifies the presence of listed audio files in the CSV, marking them with a checkmark, while any audio files not named in the CSV remain unchecked, indicating their absence from the list.

Upon pressing the Upload button, a pop-up appears, allowing users to map CSV headers to corresponding questions, determining which fields will be displayed in the tables. All data in the CSV rows, including unmapped fields, will be saved in the database.

Once all files are uploaded, the system automatically removes the uploaded audio files from the list, providing users with a clear indication that the process is complete, and enabling them to proceed with uploading additional files.

The upload screen displays a comprehensive list of audio recordings stored in the database, allowing users to search, listen, and download. The table presents various statuses, call durations, start times, and caller information, providing a detailed overview of the stored audio data.

The search function on the upload screen queries three criteria: the caller, the person who answered, and the transcript content, which consists of a record of all spoken words within the audio file. This enhances user accessibility and retrieval of specific information within the audio recordings.

All organisations do analytics to extract insights from their data. Some organisations even make most of their decisions based on this data. Are there any distinct ways in which we can do analytics? We’ve found two prominent approaches: Agile Analytics and Traditional Analytics. Each has its own set of principles, practices, and advantages. In this article, we explore the key differences between Agile Analytics and Traditional Analytics to help organisations make informed decisions about their analytical strategies.

As the name suggests, this form of analytics has been around since Big Gates was modelling on his desk back when Microsoft was still a cool startup.

**Sequential Process:**

Traditional Analytics typically follows a sequential, waterfall-like process. It involves distinct phases such as data collection, cleansing, transformation, analysis, and reporting. Each phase is completed before moving on to the next, often resulting in lengthy project timelines.

**Fixed Scope and Deliverables:**
